Our company has three methods of engagement with customers:
Contract software development
These are direct software development projects where the client involves us in the design and development of the software application that they require. The end product, then belongs to the customer. The support and upkeep of the system can be managed either by the customer or by us depending on the needs of the customer.
Software development partnerships
These are software development projects where we finance a portion of the software development cost of the project. This method may enable our customers to use valuable financial resources to prepare and execute successful marketing initiatives. As an added advantage, such a partnership allows our customers to have access to our technical expertise on an on-going basis while sharing future product sales revenues with Winsoft.
Product research and development
For a number of select organizations, we are involved in internal product development intended for direct marketing. Our involvement in such projects usually result in the creation of a new spin-off company. The transfer of the product marketing under the control of this new organization allows the new company and the new product to thrive on its own.
